New Challenges Today both here on FS and giving my sister another 3 weeks to eat her way. Don't get me wrong I'm not knocking my sisters way of eating, but as previously stated, am not ready to make that my life style. We'll see how I feel on the 26th.

She believes that I'll be down to 250 by March 2nd and I'm willing to give her a chance as our brother is coming to visit and it would be really nice to no longer be hugging 300 like I've been off & on the past 5 years.

Good start on the day, HAPPY MONDAY everyone.
272.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 107.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
