It RAINED in a nice steady down pour last night. Went to bed at a decent hour for me and SLEPT for 4 straight hours. WOW WOW WOW! So why couldn't I drag my butt out of bed so that I wouldn't be late for work this morning? Now I'm here eating a Starbucks Protein Box instead of the oatmeal with banana and pecans I had planned. WAAAA...
273.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
