So down 11 lbs doing Bright Lines with my sister cooking 90% of what I ate. While I'm excited at the weight loss it does require a total commitment and in my case a level of control that I'm not ready to make. So I will be tracking but there will be parts or entire meals I can't. Have a great weekend everyone.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
