not sure what shifting is occurring here, if any ... but calories have been low, exercise and protein high ... thought i would be down to 160 or 159 by now. could be muscle, could be me messing it up with the wrong mix of foods. gotta get this fixed.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
