Thankful for no change after a day of excess in the office. Now they are bringing out the heavy artillery...

I'm not a chocolate person I tell everyone, but there are those chocolate items that are just weak spots...

Fudge covered Graham Crackers - 3 boxes showed up this morning... OMG! Thankfully no one from the Maintenance Team is here to open them.

Apparently a whole tin full of Bridge Mix showed up yesterday, but I got lucky and never went near the Conference Room until the end of the day so didn't know about it and therefore couldn't indulge.

I will eat my salad and stay strong! There's only 4 hours to go... I can do it.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! This is a tough time of year. Putting on the horse blinders is sometimes the only way to go! Water and tea, lots of soup!
