Worked from the time I got home at 7 pm until 7 am this morning getting furniture and boxes moved around to make the house comfortable for my guest that is due this evening.

I picked up Boston Market drive thru for dinner last night, so that I wouldn't have to fix anything, or add more to my STILL to do list.

Now I know it's got to be water weight due to the sodium, but I could have really used a boost this morning that my home brewed coffee isn't doing for me.
280.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 115.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

rhontique after all that, she was too sick to fly out yesterday. Now have to play a game of when is she coming and try to maintain things until she does.
