Finally and about time! Going down (small as it is), instead of up on the scales. One packet of oatmeal in the morning does keep hunger pangs away longer. Love the holidays but the after effects (weight gain)last too long on me.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
