30..wind chill 26 goood mornin ..glad i dont have to ride till later this morning...suppose to be 50 by then..still makes for a cold ride regardless of how layered up you are..im always warm..its just them first 3 blocks or so an your wondering if the clothing you have on is made for the colder temps..but then your body starts to warm up from the riding..an by the time you get 1/2 miles in..your settling into your pace an the warmth of the ride is working for you...

seems like with colder temps when i get back im eating more then im use to...i log it..an im sure im burning it off as fast as i eat it..yesterday i had a salad..then hamburger on bread..i dont eat alot of bread cause its carbs..but must of been when i needed cause i was full from 10am..till now...which is almost 6am...but i dont eat again till 10 or 11 depending on what time i head out for my ride...tummy is talkin to me..lol...its sayin..i been good..can i eat now...an im thinkin...well yeah you could...but your not gonna eat again for 23 hours..so might as well grumble an like it...lol...

well..decided to weigh in...its monday again...not alot of loss to show but it just doesnt come off as fast as it once did an thats fine ...as long as it continues to show on the scales or show in clothes getting baggier... its a WIN.. and thats motivation in itself...

have a great day...time to shoot for a new week of setting and hopefully hitting my goal..this weeks goal is 85 miles..just one more then last...but i know how hard it was to get to 84 last week...

lol...yeap...scales decided to show a release again...inches have been comin off so i knew eventually the scales would be showing the progress...
