My scales were out of sorts this morning reflective of how I'm feeling. Doing some furniture rearranging today so the exercise should hopefully help stabilize my mood.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
