i am still not kickboxing. i have incorporated buns of steel type activity into my yoga, and i did treadmill once with cross terrain style activities. rotator cuff issue doesn't want the "punching" of kickboxing...but, i could still do better with the exercise portion of this journey. I'm not sure an incident that happened last night isn't still inside...i truly think if i'd have let go of it before weigh in - i would have been 1lb lighter. you can agree or not. everyone is entitled to 100% of their own perception. i have no need to persuade or project...they are all illusions anyway.
102.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weighed again this morning...after I truly believed I" let go" of the issue this weekend... my weight is the same💁

Weight may be the same, but when I am able to let go of "issues" I FEEL lighter! In that "boat" right now, ugh...
