There was a price to pay for all the salty snack food yesterday. Today I am equipped with my plan and I feel confident that I shall overcome this setback come Tuesday.
233.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
