waking up to 40 this morning... goood morning...waking up to another chilly morning...but suppose to be a tad warmer when i head out at 10am...finally weighed in...time to face the fact that eating a marie callenders easy in the microwave after a ride wasnt one of my better choices...but it was cold out...an i was thinkin warm meal to get the chill off...then i had a peanut butter sandwhich...more carbs then i normally eat...o well..just one meal...an back on track yesterday...record it an move onward...changing my eating habits might be good...body will be thinkin...all right...hes decided to eat all the wrong things again...WRONG.....just a temp setback...its all part of faking out the body so that it doesnt get use to the same food...an having something different from time to time is ok...gives your body the food it craves from years past...dont taste like it did in past years..an thats great...less chance of wanting it on a regular basis...

ive started using strava to track my rides on my phone...after first of the year going to pay for pro version..more whistles an bells..for the pro version..an by then i will be use to the program that im using now...i track my rides with phone an then go to web page to check it out...well ride is over again today...so time to eat an get changed outta riding gear...get comfy...again..lol...

so going by what strava says fs is just a tad off on there calorie counter...but i already knew that...

what really fascinates me is doing my rides an not needing to eat before i ride...doing a 23 hour fast each day before doing a morning ride..an having energy to burn while riding...its hard for other riders i talk to for them to understand how i can do that...
