Stayed on track this week. Resistance training going well. I have been working on my plank. When I started I couldn't even get in the position and hold for a few seconds and am now able to do 2 min 30 sec. I can already tell the difference in the fit of my clothes and feel much lighter even tho only lost 1 lb. Must keep going!

148.0 lb Lost so far: 127.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
