Looks like I had a little too much food fun this weekend. Oh well, this is a new week with new goals and choices....always moving from this day forward. Be Well Everyone!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
