I'm feeling like a million dollars today! I had a wonderful walking meditation this morning with my dear friend along with a 25 min. light weight workout and will be meeting friends this afternoon for lunch and a movie. This evening I will work with a not for profit foundation that assist disadvantage families and do a 45min. yoga routine. Ahhh, today is a good day. Be Well Everyone!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
