gave up recording my daily weight in an excel spreadsheet and now using FS again. This down will go up and back and forth ...
164.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2097 kcal Fat: 95.50g | Prot: 78.25g | Carb: 239.67g.   Breakfast: Full Circle Cage Free Brown Eggs, Van's Wheat-Gluten Free Waffles, Once Again Organic Sunflower Seed Butter, Land O'Lakes Traditional Half & Half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Doritos Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (28g), Starbucks Milk Chocolate Covered Grahams, Frankfurter or Hot Dog on Bun. Dinner: La Salsa Steak Taco. Snacks/Other: Soft Serve Light Ice Cream Cone (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Sweet Cherries, Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Pita Chips - Sea Salt, Trader Joe's Old Fashioned Blister Peanuts. more...
