Happy Monday! Green Arrow!!! Liked Saturday's weigh in better, but will take a loss any day.

Bought a tub of mixed greens at Costco yesterday, and now I have to eat them all this week.

Personal Goal - I will not throw away any more food because I allowed it to rot in my fridge.

I have raspberries, and a tomato that must be eaten this week as well.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
