took day off but still got exercise.. goood morning fs...even though i was to tired to ride yesterday...i still did a short kettlebell workout..just to keep active...didnt do all that much..but was enough that what did brought up my heart rate for a time...this morning once i woke up an got my act together ..got ready an headed out into 69 degree weather here..having one day off between riding just makes so much difference in the ride...i could tell it was gonna be a great ride when on my mp3 the lady says you just hit 17 min of your workout ..an im riding almost 4-6 blocks further then i normally am at that part of the mp3...so i knew i was burning the road up...

weight is just barely down..an thats ok...let my body catch up with all the loss this month...

bike stats for today
15.53 miles
17.1 top speed
14.2 ave speed
1:17 time of ride...my alarm on my cell was wrong so it didnt go off like it should have an i didnt so just an hour like i had planned...tryin to stick with an hour workout for high intensity rides..as they build up your speed faster...

well first an last cup of tea is gone for the day...gonna eat something an back into daily fast routine...

have a great thursday everyone..an thanks...for being my buddy...

WOW...sounds like you had a great ride! I'm betting the warmer temperature helped some, too. Enjoy your Thursday, buddy!
