Well Day 5 - No Green Arrow, but got 2 matching numbers :-)

Success awaits as tonight I'm attending a self improvement seminar.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
