Only problem with having to change my Dr's appointment from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm! So I'm not weighing in "down", where I thought I'd be for starting the FS Green Arrows challenge tomorrow.

Toes crossed, since I need my fingers to type with, and have a healthy weekend everyone.
289.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 124.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
