just back from a morning ride.. goooooood mornin fs...just went for a morning ride...was getting bored not riding...i was still getting up every 30 miniute or so an moving...but missed that morning air...71 outside this morning an just right for the ride..was just gone an hour...more or less a ride to see how my knee was an to get out for some morning air..left knee still recovering..not as strong as i would of thought..i could tell it was still weak from falling last thursday..so didnt push the ride...

on a fantastic note..weight is down again..an more then its been since last nov...tried on my 40s long jeans last night an look like gonna have to go to walmart an get me a new pair of 38s...lol..like WHOOP !!!!!!..WHOOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations WBH on both the large drop and the jeans! You really know you've lost weight when you have to buy new clothes. Shame your knee is still not better but glad you enjoyed the ride anyway :)

ty doobrie...yeap its a great feeling to see clothes that use to be so tight to put on now so lose that even buttoned you can pull em down an off...lol

Whoop whoop, NEW JEANS! It's funny how our bodies have a mind if their own! FAT cells can be moody! Glad they are cooperating! TAKE care of that knee! It's 66 here this morning. There is nothing like getting out and doing your exercise to start the day. Glad your back on it.
