Welcome back from the long weekend. Amazing what the scales had to say after not tracking, or being especially careful. Let's see how we do with our return to reality.
286.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 121.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is amazing! Were you dancing to dawn or hiking the skyline?

Actually I was very lazy. Had a facial, went grocery shopping, went to a friends bday/bbq and drank! Spent most of Sun/Mon lazing in bed or the recliner. NOT complaining will take the loss and be grateful.
