11st 10.5 Not surprising to have that half lb on after Christmas and due on. Lost 1lb at WW Wed to get my 2nd silver 7!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
