Just finished the 3 day fat fast. I felt weak. No energy, my body hurt and had 3 migraines. Last night I read on several sites that dairy can cause head aches and joint pain. I did have a lot of dairy on the fast. hmmmm. I never had a problem on the 30 day vegan challenge. I did notice that once I added cream and butter, these problems cropped up.

No worries Sugar... the weight will come back off... listen to your body... it and You know best what's best for it... :)

I had same problems. Guess we live and learn. So Sorry. Odd you had a weight increase. Maybe it was a scale blip.

Don't be sorry FloridaAngel. I found out that dairy does cause me problems. Of all challenges, I felt my best on the 30 day vegan one. I've decided to try having meat only once a week like my Sikh friends do. They look so healthy. But then again, I might not. I was in the grocery store this morning and I spoke to 2 people and the woman said she didn't recognize me because I got so thin. I'm still blown away the I released over 100 pounds so effortlessly. Sure it took 3 years, but I never felt like I was on a diet, except some of the food challenges. The 30 day vegan challenge was my favorite so far :)

good for you , good for the animals too Sugar. My arthritis disappeared when I gave up dairy and eggs, never going back, I don't want the pain and I hate that they slaughter baby male chicks in the egg industry and baby male calves in the dairy industry. The plant-based dairy alternatives available now (also homemade) are awesome. The Buddhist Chef has amazing recipes, yummy and healthy too
