71.. rain is suppose to be on the way goood sunday mornin everyone..another day...another loss...just love getting up...not really..going for a morning ride..well some days...and seeing a loss on the scales...always..its a great feeling..its what drives me to keep consistent...just went for a short...i mean short ride this morning...it all started yesterday after my morning ride..came home..i have 2 steps to get up on porch..an get bike back into house..i always check my tires when im pickin bike up them 2 steps..tires felt great..took bike into bedroom ..bout 10am..happened to be in bedroom ..thought well il check tires since im here..back tire flatter then could be..im thinkin..well having had 2 flat tires on front of bike already this week...you can guess what i was thinkin an sayin...so...got into closet...pulled out a tube..a used tube that had been patched...took back rim an tire off...took it apart..im getting good at doing this..put it all back together aired it up...and left it off bike ...checkd it in an hour..an well..wasnt in a good mood...tube was no good...took back tire back apart again...like i said getting good at this..should be on pit crew somewhere...got another tube out..this time aired tube up..took into kitchen..put water into sink...checked tube in water...success...it holds water an theres no .. i repeat no leaks...happy as can be...get it all back together..air it up..let it sit for an hour...and guess what....wrong....it held air...put it all back together..and before leaving this morning checked it one last time..so this morning i went for just a half hour ride an not far from the house...just to make sure i wasnt goona be walkin home ...success ...so far no leaks...so ends my journal for today..an o yeah...another loss...lol...

im hopin had 3 flat tires this week...that after 3...im good to go again for a period of time..a longggggggg period of time...have a great day everyone..an thats all folks...
