it's gotta be water weight. but I'll take it!
195.3 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's the hallmark of going low carb..you lose a lot the first week, mostly water. But, yeah, it sure feels good to see the numbers go down! Good for you!

Feels good ehh. I added salt and magnesium because my salt intake was so low. Just a thought. Way to go.
