9st 9.8lb Fat 23.4% (no WW as away, no weigh in last Sat as left for Cornwall at 2am, didn't return until late Sat night 13th, 4lb on at WW the previous Tues) not surprised by the gain, I have eaten appallingly while away (& before also with my self pitying head on), and altho I met my step goals (gutted I didn't win the workweek hustle that I should have, since my fitbit didn't sync till we got back!) I didn't manage as much walking or cycling as I'd have liked because the others weren't really game. But we had a great week anyway, Cornwall is beautiful, if only they could fold the south coast in half so it was significantly nearer! If we ever went again we'd break the journey up with a visit to Bath. Jon isn't going to WW this week cos he's pretty sure he'd have to pay, going over his gold limit! I know mine will be bad but I'll be glad to get back to it, draw a line under it and move on. It will be good practice for me to be compliant whilst feeling sad, a lesson I sorely need to learn.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
