76 another muggy day already gooood friday mornin fs...just got home from my morning ride..at 630am..an its already muggy outside..was at 430am when i opened back door to leave this morning...there was alittle breeze outta the south east this morning felt great when you was headed in right direction..headed into it..just resistance..an a harder workout..i kno i kno...thats good for you...plan today is like yesterday...keep inside an outta the heat...

well...first cup of coffee is gone...time to eat an then back into my 23 hour fast..menu doesnt look like thats what im doing but just looks so cluttered if i put it all into one meal...eating one meal an then fasting the rest of the day has gotten so easy that i dont seem to have the cravings for food like i once did...even now after my ride, not really hungry, but i know its been 23 hours since last meal...an i need to give it something to eat to keep the body burning...so...have a great friday everyone..an drink the water an keep cool...
