11st 10 Very surprised and pleased with this but I fear it may not last! Still, gives me some leeway, and it's nice to be properly under 12st at last, would be nice if that showed at WW wed too:)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
