had guilt free pizza.. goood mornin fs...had guilt free pizza last night...first id had since i started fs..it smelled great, but the taste just wasnt ther..ate 2 pieces of veggie lovers with jalapanos on top...mmmm..it use to taste better..the jalapanos still had kick in em..i was breathin fire...lol..got up this mornin an did a ride..didnt want to..but did a 15.53 just like thursday but different speeds an time..

guess it was close to thursdays time an all just seemed slower...could tell a difference between a 14 hour fast an a 20 plus hour fast..didnt seem as energetic this morning..only did 14 last night..o well..tried pizza for a change...back to eating like i have been for last 2 months back to fasting in a few..have a great day everyone..

My tastes have changed too. I used to love Pizza but it just doesn't appeal any more. Enjoy your day :)

Is guilt free pizza made with the cauliflower crust I've been seeing people talk about on FB? It doesn't sound hard to make, but I can't imagine what it tastes like. Wannabe, I couldn't ride for a mile at an extremely slow speed, to I think what you do is awesome, the fact that you did it when you didn't want to, even more so.

no phillysue..i had pizza hut hand toss veggie lovers pizza..got 2 meds for less then a large one..took rest of pizza ..wrapped it up in individual packages an stuck it in freezer...

you know phillysue..like anything you enjoy doing you start out doing one block an you just keep adding on..once you feel like its no longer a challenge...

@Wanna.........I think your taste buds can detect crappy foods now. Pizza hut has always made crappy pizza in my opinion. Try making homemade, healthier versions at home. I do.

question...having ate the extra carbs yesterday might that also be the reason i seem to be hurting more today..knees, legs feel like they are restless..

@Wanna............Yes, excessive carbs can do that especially if you've scaled them back and then indulge. Go back to your plan and watch the pain go away.

be a while before i eat anymore pizza...even if its stored in freezer...i cant say that i care for the way i feel today..it could be up there for along time...or might give it away...

well; sometimes it'sgoodto do something like that , then when your gut acts up, you don't want to do that again. kinda like paavlovs dog thing

WBH, I found that after an extended period of abstinence from wheat based products, when I taste them again I can actually taste the flour in the dough above any toppings and sauces and because of the very strong doughy taste it's lost it's appeal, so now when faced with a loaded pizza, I have no qualms tearing off the toppings and eating them and leaving the crust behind. I wish sugar was as easy to remove from pre-prepared foods as flour is.
