Annual Bio-metric Screening at the office this morning. I like their scales better than the ones at home. Started Aqua Intake Challenge yesterday, and had a Vegan day yesterday. Let's see if that will give me the kick start I need to get back on the downhill slope.
290.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 125.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
