just a short ride goooood mornin fs..60 outside this morning...had to layer up for a short morning ride..didnt plan on a long one..just enough to get the heart racin..hopin i would show a loss..but ive come to the realization that when i weigh in in stead of reporting the weight ive lost i should only record half of it..as yesterday i recorded a pound i think..today its up 1/2 of that..o well..to much thought on weight this early in the morning...just wanted to get a ride in today as its suppose to be rainin next 2 days..hope not..but i need a day off from riding ..get rested up once again...an hit it hard when the rain stops..

It is O.K buddy, Like raining, two days off, then hit it again. So with the pounds, one, half, 1/4, then one pound again. Just enjoy it (lol). Have a lovely day :-)
