hardest part for me to ride my bike... gooooooooood mornin fs...hardest part of me gettin on my bike to do a workout..is me...every nite i get my riding bibs an shirt ready..make sure my bike is ready to the next morning ride..i go to bed..get a great night of sleep..get up the next morning an that desire to get on the bike an go for a morning ride just isnt there...this morning..i get up...turn on tv..to see if any rain is in the area..yeah its showin 2 little showers..but not even close to where i live...so i start getting ready...as im gettin ready i see the temp outside..its 76 already..i get ready get bike an get to back door an its like do i have to go..its hot outside...well..i get on the bike an im into my ride..i was hopin to do 20 miles this morning or close to it...im into 2 miles of it..an i start to feel sprinkles..im thinkin...well you know what im thinkin...but anyways..im thinkin should i turn around and go back home..or keep riding an see if it stops..so i get another 2 or so miles an it quits..im thinkin ok..il go ahead an keep riding..im about 7 miles into my ride..an yeap...light rain again...an im thinkin well...its not that bad..just keep riding...im headed down this road i alredy been on..an look over to my left an ther sits a black cat..im not superstitious...but im thinkin to myself...is this a sign...well i kept riding...i was up to 12 miles with light but not heavy rain...off an on..just enough to make the ride comfy considering how warm it was...im on the last stretch of the ride...an i guess i should of seen the sign...started to pick up rain..so cut my ride short..ended up with 14.73 miles..roughly alittle over an hour..the ride is over...im happy i got another workout in..cause i know in the end that its a great workout to start my day..an thats my story for today...thanks for the support an have a greattttttttttttt day...

Good job on fighting off the "But I don't wanna's". Sometimes we do have to struggle to get ourselves to do what is best for us. Yesterday I almost did not go saddle my horse, even though it is something I really love to do, I had excuses, my cat died, it's hot, there are thunderheads in the sky, Rosie might buck and throw me, what if I get hurt.....I did it anyway and now...very glad I did even though my butt is really sore and I am walking bowlegged today. I need to do it again tomorrow but I probably won't till the weekend. Good Loss WBH! Keep on keeping on!

It's actually a feeling, your skin feels looser, the dent in the mattress does not feel as deep, not as much effort required to roll out of bed, your feet hit the floor in a lighter manner. It's difficult to describe the feeling as anything other than feeling skinnier :)
