body catching up on dropin weight or ? gooooooooood mornin fs...weight was up..hate to record it when i know the next day it will be down again..didnt cheat..which means im able to stick with my plan..and the plan is working great..and i know that the body from time to time has to hold onto the weight to catch up for all the weight im loosin..an it is discouraging when it happens..no cravings to speak of...which is great...dont get me wrong..yes if i knew i could eat sugar or have a salty brats...mmmmmm good...then i would be sucking it down...but i have to tell myself that for my system that is a no no and thats what got my weight issue back up...and if i want to hit my mini goals...then i have to stick with my plan to achieve my goals..i didnt go for a ride this morning either..woke up at 330am..still tired went back to bed..woke up again at 5am..decided to take day off an rest..the plan is to ride sunday morning..give my body
some rest...well tea is done..so guess its time to drink some tea an make the bed..all the morning chores..lol...get this day started and a rollinggggggggg..have a great weekend everyone an thanks for all the support you all provide...

ty mom..i know that my graph looks great..and i kno that theres gonna be days i dont loose..but its disappointing...and something i have to remind myslf that its all part of getting the weight off..

It is not cheating, it is sticking. I do the same. Wait to read loss and then I post it. It is so encouraging. Have a nice day my buddy :-)
