Yes!
It's not exactly an accurate reading because I forgot to weigh myself in the morning, but I'll take it!
My efforts are finally paying off! my next goal is to quit eating after 8 completely (I'm up later so I figure my cut off time should be alittle later)
Today I plan to take a 2 mile walk with my son in his baby backpack (like carrying an extra 20 lb weight) and then do Jillian Michaels body revolution.
Let's go!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
