no loss today goooooooooood mornin everyone...yeap i just had to have smoked brats yesterday...just couldnt pass it up...not only did i have one...i had 2...an we all know what happens when you dont get enoough water...the scales dont go down like they are use to...so since im already into a fast..todays gonna be alot of drinkin water to get back on track...woke up tired from cutting grass yesterday..so no bike ride this morning..have to go to walmart and i gotta be good when i go...an since i already have salt to get outta my system...im sure that will be in my mind as well...still need to trim yard to...well gotta get up an drink more water...got the crock set up for chicken again this morning..so have a great day..and to all you dads..happy fathers day..

@Wanna..........I am super sensitive to salt. Never was that way until nasty menopause came along. Best to avoid the brats. Can't you find a better cut of meat to eat? A nice beef steak? Excessive salt does your kidneys no favor. You may even get spikes in your bp as well. Someone had recipes for fat bombs here and I can't remember who. I was thinking it was Debrafrederick? Not sure. I will find the person for you.

You will need coconut oil for sure. I Googled fatbombs and they came back with a bunch of recipes.

ty engeland...i hardly ever eat beef..just never did care for it...i was on internet doing a google of fatbombs found couple of what looked like good sites...

Coconut oil is lovely. I don't think anyone has wrecked it, yet. Corn oil, canola oil, soybean oil are straight up garbage.
