Saw my Primary Care Physician & GI last Friday. I'm up 12 lbs from last year's physical. Pointing out my lack of activity due to all the pain I've been dealing with since January is apparently only worth "oh that's right".

So was told to cut my calorie intake by 1/3rd to see if I can get started in the right direction again.

Yesterday not so bad. Today so far has been okay. Fingers crossed. ARGH!
303.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
