to much salt yesterday.. gooooooood mornin fs...i had to much salt yesterday i guess...weight is up this morning and im just to tired to get on the bike to work off the extra...after my bike ride yesterday morning ...i had some pork rinds..i have to quit buying them as they are mmmmmmmmm goood....but thats whats causing my salt to spike..about 10 i had my breakfast and lunch meal for the if beast challenge...let it settle as i headed out the door to cut grass...i drank water all day yesterday..just couldnt seem to get enough of it..this morning the scales was frowning at me..o well..no ride on bike today...im just exhausted from all the movement yesterday..and usaully after i cut grass the next day im just tired all day...i didnt even get up last night to go to bathroom..i did set up on edge of bed around midnight..but layed back down an went back to sleep..yes my bathroom goings were much needed when i woke up this morning...well..found out why my weigh in dont show up in the challenges that i join...seems firefox an fs have a problem...according to fs ...ive used firefox for way to long to change just for a challenge...so...i will still continue to do my if beast mode challenge as i do find it interesting...i was already doing 18:6 fasting..whats a few more hours...an one meal instead of 2...sooooo...thats how that is...well...gonna prop my feet up in my recliner...an get more comfy an check out the buddies an other members on fs...have a great day everyone...thanks for stoppin in

I wouldn't worry about a minor blip like that. You're doing great so keep it up and you'll be at your goal in no time.

WBH, sometimes your tummy talks to you when it's your usual time to eat, they are creatures of habit after all, it comes in waves, it will pass my friend. You are doing great!

You still lost weight but just think of the positive the things you are doing and just continue on you're doing a great job 17 pounds will be off in no time.

ty lucky...today our neighbor next door took the pork rinds home..i hated to get em outta the house..but knew it was a food i could no longer eat an keep loosin...
