Today I am heading out to a work training, then a 90th birthday party for a young lady who still lives by herself and drives and you wouldn't know is 90. =) I am happy about the loss this week and realized I need to get more professional summer clothing for work. Time to go shopping. =)
175.3 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
