goooood mornin everyone..stickin to not eating candy and seeing results..it is tempting, but not as much as the first day i quit...have a great one..
326.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is not easy I know. Sometimes I fail and then pick myself up and move forward. At our age we can't go back. Forward only. Always!
