shootin for a 24 hour fast goood morning... got up this morning after a 14 hour fast..and thought what the heck..might as well see how far i can take it..weight is down once again..im smilin ..scales are dancin..less weight on em each day..lol..cookin up chicken in crock once again..sunday is walmart day for me..got several things to pick up to add to my food intake...try an cut the carb intake even more..suggestions from fred4win..will give it a whirl im sure sooner or later i will plateau so just tryin to keep that from happening..but know its part of this learning experience..was thinkin this morning right before i got up..8 months ago i was 40-50 pounds lighter and alot of my weight is just sugar and getting off of my regular way of eating..what i eat now is pretty well what i was eating then..the eating habit stuck all them years, just added more food in that i wanted at the time and then paid for it when i stepped on the scales..so its just a matter of getting back into my eating habits..motivation is ther..once the weather warms up and the rain stops..have a great one..

thanks for the info thegoldminer, but i have been eating like this since 2007 and except for the few months in 2015 and first part of 2016 i kept it off..several things happened during that time and eating right was last thing on my mind...now my head is on straight again..an i see the light at end of the tunnel.
