im smilin and my scales are dancin gooood mornin...im up alittle earlier then usual..woke up and couldnt go back to sleep...had already been on scales thru the night so knew ther was gonna be a drop this morning again...couldnt hardly wait to get on fs to report the loss...loosin the weight an not really doing any exercise..just stickin with what i journal in food each day and showing a loss..im sure sooner or later..il be cryin the blues but for now...its great to be seein it come off once again..if an when the may weather ever starts warming up then i will start exercising on my road bike in the wee hours of the mornings for 30-60 minutes..but for now its just doing the everyday chores around the house..todays its cutting grass again..neighbors were cuttin theirs last night..sooooooooo...guess its time to drink some tea an get this day started..have a great one..
331.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
