another nite of rain gooooood mornin..wakin up to 49 this morning with a wind chill of 43...brrrr...well scales didnt show a loss..and didnt show a gain..so il take it...not that i have a choice..lol..really think i wasnt eating enough..even though i wasnt hungry either..plan for today..walmart get stocked back up on food..an have to buy can opener..the one touch i had is on its last leg..good opener...just not made to last like everything else in the world now..i did meditate last night for the first time in a very long time..gonna try an get back into the habit of doing that as well...went to bed shortly after that an slept like a rock till midnight when i was up for my no.1...was raining then..but went back in an was back out like a rock again..well tea is done an waiting on me..so headed to the kitchen to get my day started rest of the way...have a great day everyone...
