kingkeld's Journal, 20 November 2011

So, yesterday when I had the HUGE weight loss, I was probably dehydrated. I woke up thirsty, and that's usually a sign. I was able to record a GREAT new lowest weigh-in, but today I gained some of it back - and I didn't do Indulgence Day yesterday (thought I did go above my usual calories for once).

We ate salty food for dinner, and I am sure a combination of those things have made me retain (or regain) water today. I am up 1.2 kgs, but that's okay. I understand what's going on and it's just water. It'll disappear in no time.

Short journal today - Wife and I are going to a Christmas market along with our neighbors at a local vineyard. It'll be a good day!

Life is good!

It'll be gone tomorrow, Keld. It's great that you analyze and understand the impact of your intake and what's going on with your body. That's why it'll be a lifelong change for you and why you are such a WINNER!

I'm sure you'll have a lovely day!! I'm sure you are right about the "increase." I had one too ... and I'm thinking it was the massive amounts of garlic salt I used in the spaghetti sauce. It is what my weight does on the scale ... it bounces about quite a bit. Sounds like you mended from your illness ... ENJOY!!!
