goooooood mornin wakin up this morning to the sound of rain on the roof once again this morning..so no kind of outdoor exercise planned..but did better yesterday with hand to mouth exercise ..an the scale gods were nice to me this morning when i stepped on them..not sure whats in store for today..but watchin the rain is getting old...and its suppose to rain for least one more day...grass is growing an its to wet to cut...sounds like wind might be blowin outside as well..well sounds like coffee pot is ready...get the eyes open alot more..get this day started once again..have a great one everyone...
