No weight change, no problem. Survived mothers day weekend with no gain I'm guessing because I had an extremely active week and productive weekend. Between Saturday and Sunday, I built a 2' wide x 8' long x 7' tall storage shelving unit for the garage which of course required a lot of shifting and lifting of containers. I fished up the weekend with a quick ride on the bike followed up with grilling for my mom, wife and the immediate family for Mothers day. Happy Monday to all and belated Happy Mothers day to the mums out there.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've been doing good Ches, and at least for me, weight loss is never just a straight line down...it more often comes in spurts. Nice job getting thru the weekend.
