very disappointed with myself..goood mornin it really bites when you know better and you still do it anyways..was doing so well on my food and went past dairy queen yesterday..bout a med shake with the plan of only having small portions of it...was having a craving...well one became two and yeap i ate the whole thing..today the scales werent happy with me and showed my mistake..big time..just really disappointed in myself....i know thats part of learning...but it still bites..raining outside today..so no outside activity planned..be an insider today..lest i dont have anymore of the shake to tempt me..o well...back to basics..lesson learned..next time the baby shake or just turn my head an look the other way..have a great day...

The weight bounce is just water from the carbs being stored. It's nothing to fret about. Go back to your way of eating and and it should drop off in no time.

thanks everyone for the support..yeah food just doesnt taste as good as it once did before you change your eating habits..if only you could remember that before the hand to mouth reacted..lol..
