ggooooood morin woke up alittle later this mornin..had a storm go thru last night..lights went off for couple of hours..second cup of coffee....an eyes are open..lol...plan on moving some landscaping brick today...get it off front porch where i placed it..that should be exercise today..have to go to walmart an stock up on eating supplies for the week..just another one of them run an move days again...have a great one..
331.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
