Not overly excited about my weigh in. There are several things fighting me and I am working on getting them under control. One thing I cannot control is my allergies and they are hitting hard. I probably have at least one pound of fluid on my body from that alone. My eyes are so swollen that this morning when i got up my husband said "Great, just great, people are going to think I beat you!". That good! (sarcasm) This too shall pass, given enough time. One of the other is that I ate out several times over the last week, enjoyable but oh the salt. This too shall pass. The third is exhaustion. 26 calendar days more until school is out and I am back to working one job. I just keep saying this cheer to myself: You can do it if you try v i c t o r y!

176.3 lb Lost so far: 42.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried any natural type of medicines? Not sure what is local to you but Once my family started taking medicines from health food stores I have found they are far more effective

Hang in there Skwhite!!! You can do it and soon the allergies will be over!!

@Iamachristianjesusfreak, I use med's prescribed by my allergy doc but I also drink lemon juice with local honey one to two times a day right now. I also have been diffusing a lot of essential oils to help. But you are right, local is so much better!
