gooood mornin fs world woke up at 2am..wide awake..knowing i didnt have to be awake until 4am..needless to say..its now 4am and im tired..suppose to be eating breakfast an getting ready for a gym workout..but i dont see that happening either..im still looosin..so thats a good thing...just slower since im not getting the movement that i would be getting if i had my sleep and warmer weather to be more motivated when i wake up..just finished off first cup of coffee..hopin to see results from that..but not really expectin to much...lol...well..its been fun...time to flip the channel on tv an get up outta the chair....have a great one..
331.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
